Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) for a full refund of the item's value within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All sale items are final sale.
To begin your return, you can log into your customer account here and you can request a return for your order. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Willard Road is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and $9.00 will be deducted from your total refund.

Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we cannot facilitate direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt at our warehouse for returns to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and $9.00 will be deducted from your total refund.
